Inclusive Education Canada at the The Canadian Society for Research in Education Conference

The Canadian Society for Research in Education has invited CACL's Inclusive Education Canada's Gordon Porter to give the keynote at their 2013 conference in Victoria on June 3 2013. This is the learned societies academics conference that is held each year.

CFYS Research & Action Roundtable Research into teaching practices demonstrates that this practice of inclusive education provides the most beneficial environment and outcomes for ALL students. Indeed, inclusion is the recommended policy and teaching practice in Canada and is mandated by provincial Ministries of Education and educational jurisdictions across the country. There is also an increased prevalence of students with special needs in higher education.
