CACL Distinguished Associate Lorraine Silliphant presented Pioneer of Human Rights Award

CACL and IRIS would like to congratulate Lorraine Silliphant, who received the Pioneer in Human Rights Award.

Presented by the Government of New Brunswick Human Rights Commission. Lorraine was presented the award in a ceremony at Government House in Fredericton on Tuesday, Sept 11th.

Lorraine Silliphant is a CACL Distinguished Board Associate and IRIS Board member, this award honours her for many decades of work on behalf of community living and inclusive education movements for youths and adults with intellectual disabilities.
