CACL at Achieving Inclusion Across the Globe

 

CACL President Laurie Larson reports back about CACLs involvement at the recent conference Achieving Inclusion Across the Globe, held in Washington DC this past weekend.

CACL was pleased to participate in Achieving Inclusion Across the Globe – National Convention & International Forum – Linking National and Global Perspectives on Living and Being Included in the Community co-hosted by Inclusion International and The Arc in Washington, DC Oct 25-28, 2012.

CACL President Laurie Larson:
"It was an amazing conference with over 900 attendees from all corners of the world.  It is always wonderful to meet and make friends with others in this global movement who share our passion for making the world a welcoming and inclusive place for individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families. There were many sessions where information and experiences were shared and wonderful discussions and learnings took place."
