Families who are informed and have a vision for their family member’s future are the most powerful leaders for inclusion. The Family Leadership and Engagement Program supports families in creating vision, values and strategies to build a good life for their family member with a disability. Families are supported to lead inclusion in communities across Canada through local workshops, national family conferences, a national family newsletter profiling family leaders across Canada, online community building, and information resources.
